Atty. Primo Elvin Siosana (Asst. Auditor)
Atty. Primo Elvin L. Siosana started his professional career in the private sector as a Certified Public Accountant at the Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV). He entered the government service at the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Malacañang, Manila, where he was placed through the Civil Service Commission’s Brightest for Bureaucracy Program (BBP). After passing the bar and serving the DBM for seven (7) years, he transferred to the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) to hone his litigation skills. He is now currently connected with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
He was an Associate Professor at St. Mary’s College, Quezon City where he taught Taxation, Agrarian Law and Philippine Constitution. He is affiliated with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) – Manila IV Chapter, Philippine Bar Association (PBA), Philippine Association of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), Government Association of Certified Public Accountants (GACPA) and the Philippine Association of Government Corporate Lawyers (PAGCLAW).
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law and his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) from the University of the Philippines – Tacloban where he was a University Scholar. He hails from the town of Oras, Eastern Samar. He is married to DOJ Prosecutor Maria Lorenza I. Barias-Siosana and is blessed with three (3) children.
